French Lingerie Puts On Its Second Major Fashion Show, January 20, 2019

Following the success of our exceptional "Lingerie, My Love" fashion show, we’re thrilled to once again bring together our leading French lingerie brands for another outstanding Parisian fashion show this January 20, 2019. 

A Cutting-Edge Musical Event
Fourteen of our prestigious French Lingerie brands (Antigel, Antinéa, Aubade, Chantelle, Empreinte, Eprise, Epure, Implicite, Passionata, Lise Charmel, Lou, Louisa Bracq, Maison Lejaby, Simone Pérèle) and four guest French designers will present their latest collections to an audience of 600 people that includes media, influencers and international buyers. Spearheaded by a dynamic live concert and unique scenography and choreography, this year our show will have a rock twist that embodies the contemporary spirit of our brands. 


At a time when the body has become more subject than object -  when we no longer demand perfection or submission to unrealistic sublimation (when we accept refinement, curviness, androgyny and imperfections) - French Lingerie exalts its diversity. Renown all over the globe, our iconic French brands will celebrate its heritage, know-how, passion and innovation -  along with the fine craftsmanship, talent, creativity, audacity, elegance and refinement that’s been the hallmark of French lingerie for over a century. 

Behind the Scenes
The show is sponsored by Promincor - Lingerie Française, a non-profit organization created in 1960 that enables French Lingerie brands to speak with one voice both in France and worldwide. It highlights the excellence of the corsetry business: its original designs and precise engineering that have given France its reputation as a leader ever since the very first bra model was patented in Paris in 1889. Although this trade has moved into an industrial stage, it has nevertheless preserved its spirit of craftsmanship and a taste for the excellence of custom-made work. The ambition of Lingerie Française is to promote this trade by exhibiting its many facets to all professionals in the sector, as well as to the general public.


This event is being produced thanks to the help of the DEFI –LA MODE DE FRANCE, Committee of Development and Promotion of the Clothing. The latter promotes the French apparel industry and showcases its products, know-how and enterprises both nationally and internationally.
